Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the ordering, payment, delivery and complaints procedure for products offered on this website. The Artmark Croatia d.o.o. website may be used for your private use free of charge, under the following terms and rules.

The seller is Artmark Croatia d.o.o., and the buyer is the visitor who completes an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment by credit card or cash on delivery.

ORDERING

The buyer orders products via the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required data and sends the order is considered a buyer.

All prices are in euros (EUR) including VAT.

Products are ordered by clicking on a specific product and adding it to the cart. The product is considered ordered when the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.

PAYMENT

Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa, Diners or Discover.

DELIVERY

Products are packed so they will not be damaged during normal handling. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment and in case of damage immediately file a complaint with the delivery person. The seller disclaims any liability for damage during delivery.

If the buyer does not receive the goods or delivery notice within the expected time, the buyer may inform the seller so that steps can be taken to locate the shipment or send a replacement.

If the buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods, the seller may demand compensation for all delivery‑related costs.

The seller undertakes to send the shipment as soon as it receives confirmation approving the online transaction, and no later than 5 working days.

Once the courier receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for further delivery delays or problems.

COMPLAINTS

The seller guarantees that the product is technically correct and matches the description on the website. The illustrative image may not correspond to the actual appearance and cannot be subject to complaint.

In case of a technical defect, the buyer must file a complaint within 4 working days. After the complaint, the buyer returns the product at their own expense, and the seller will send a replacement within 3 working days. The buyer is not entitled to a refund, only a replacement product.

The seller is not liable for damages or obligations within the domain of the delivery company.

For digital products (download), if the buyer cannot download due to technical problems on the seller’s server, the seller will provide a new download at no cost. If the problem is not caused by the seller, the seller bears no responsibility.

The buyer must download the digital product within 5 working days; after that period the download right is lost.

COPYRIGHT

All publisher and rights holder rights are reserved. The buyer undertakes not to reproduce, perform, broadcast or sell the seller’s products or any part thereof without authorization.

GENERAL

Artmark Croatia d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during purchase. The services provided by our online store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages.

Although we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee that the services will meet your needs or be error‑free. In case of an error, please report it to: office@artmark.hr.
